Phos Cam — Privacy Policy
Privacy Principles
Phos Cam does not collect, upload or share any of your data. Everything is processed on your device.
Security
We do not collect any personal information or data from users. Phos Cam is a camera app, and all of your work and data stay locally on your device.
1. We do not upload your photos
What the camera captures is developed entirely on your device, and the finished frame is
written straight into your system photo library (the PHOS/<film> album).
We do not upload or analyse your photos.
2. We do not collect your face data
Your privacy matters to you, and to us just as much: we do not analyse or collect face data from your photos.
3. Phos Cam has no user account system
Because Phos Cam has no account registration, we do not store any account-type personal information about you.
4. We do not use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs
The app contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDK. If you use “Copy diagnostics”, the text stays on your clipboard only — you decide who receives it.
5. We do not collect data from children
Phos Cam collects no personal information, and does not collect data from children.
Use of App Permissions
The following explains which system permissions Phos Cam may ask for, and why each one is needed. Permissions may change as the app is updated, and we will keep this page up to date.
Permissions for the photo library, the camera and location are all off by default. They are only enabled for a specific feature after you grant them, and you can change or withdraw them at any time.
1. Photo Library
Used to save the frames you shot, to file them into per-film albums, and — when you turn
those switches on — to save the RAW file and the negative. If you deny photo library access,
frames and exported files cannot be saved to your system photo library. If you grant
Add-Only access, the photo still goes into your library but cannot be filed into
the PHOS album.
2. Camera
Used to compose and shoot. If you deny camera access, you cannot compose or shoot.
3. Location
Used to write the shooting location into the photo's EXIF. We never ask for location permission on our own; if you want the location recorded in your photos, turn it on yourself in Settings.
Changing or withdrawing permissions
To change or withdraw any of these permissions, open the system Settings app, find Phos Cam and adjust them there.
Information Collection and Use
1. Third-party SDKs
Phos Cam includes no third-party analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDK, and does not transmit any data to third-party servers. All computation happens on your device.
2. Email feedback
When you send us a feedback email, it contains your email address; if you attach the app's diagnostics, it also contains your device model, system version, memory peak and per-stage timings. We use this only to reply to you and to improve Phos Cam — never for marketing, and never shared with third parties.
3. Links to other websites
The app may contain links to external pages such as this privacy policy or the support page. Those sites are not operated by us, so we encourage you to review their own privacy policies. We cannot control, and take no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party site or service.
Your Data Rights
Depending on the laws where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information — for example the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing of it.
Because Phos Cam uses no account system and collects no data that identifies an individual, in many cases we cannot single out a particular user in that information, nor delete an individual record that corresponds to a specific person.
If you have any question or request about information we do directly control — for example something contained in an email you sent us — please contact us using the details below. We will review and respond to your request within a reasonable period, and take appropriate steps (such as deleting or anonymising the information) to the extent technically and legally feasible.
You can also limit further data collection by adjusting your device settings, turning off the relevant permissions, or uninstalling the app.

5.我们不面向儿童收集数据
Phos Cam 不收集任何个人信息，也不面向儿童收集数据。
应用权限的使用
以下信息向您展示在使用应用过程中，Phos Cam 可能申请和使用的系统权限，以及为什么需要用到这些权限。 随着应用版本升级，这些权限可能会发生变动，我们会及时更新本页面的权限说明。
相册、摄像头、位置等权限均不会默认开启，只有在您授权后才会为实现特定功能开启， 您可以随时变更或撤回这些授权。
1.相册权限
用于保存您拍摄的成片、按胶片归档相簿，以及在您打开相应开关时保存 RAW 与负片。
如果您拒绝授予相册权限，成片与导出文件将无法保存到系统相册。
如果您只授予"仅添加"，照片会进入您的图库，但无法归档进 PHOS 相簿。
2.摄像头权限
用于取景与拍摄，如果您拒绝授予摄像头权限，您将无法取景和拍摄。
3.位置权限
用于将位置信息保存到 Phos 拍摄的照片中。我们不会主动请求位置权限， 如果您希望在照片中记录拍摄位置，请在设置界面自行开启该权限。
变更或撤回权限
如果您想要变更或撤回这些权限，请在系统"设置"应用中找到 Phos Cam 进行修改。
信息收集和使用
1.第三方服务 SDK
Phos Cam 没有集成任何第三方统计、广告或崩溃上报 SDK，也不向任何第三方服务器传输数据； 所有计算都在您的设备上完成。
2.电子邮件反馈
当您向我们发送反馈邮件时，邮件中会包含您的电子邮件地址；如果您附上了 App 内的诊断信息， 其中还会包含设备型号、系统版本、内存峰值与各段耗时。我们只会把这些信息用于回复您和改善 Phos Cam，不会用于营销，也不会提供给第三方。
3.与其他网站的链接
本应用可能包含指向本隐私政策页面、支持页面等外部页面的链接。这些外部网站不是由我们经营的， 建议您查阅它们各自的隐私政策；我们无法控制任何第三方网站或服务的内容、隐私政策或做法， 也不对此承担任何责任。
用户数据权利
根据您所在地区的适用法律，您可能享有与个人信息相关的一定权利，例如有权访问、更正或删除 我们持有的您的个人信息，或者有权反对或限制我们对您的个人信息进行某些处理活动。
由于 Phos Cam 不使用账号系统，也不收集可以识别到具体个人的数据，在很多情况下我们无法在 相关信息中识别到特定的单个用户，也无法直接删除与某个具体用户对应的单条记录。
